About These Terms
The WinkSend Partner Program is operated by Technofizi Solutions, the operator of winksend. In these Affiliate Program Terms, “we”, “us”, and “WinkSend” refer to Technofizi Solutions; “you” and “Partner” refer to a person or business participating in the program.
These terms supplement the WinkSend Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy. If there is a conflict concerning the Partner Program, these Affiliate Program Terms apply to that subject.
Eligibility and Partner Types
Every registered WinkSend account receives a personal referral link and may participate as a Community Partner, subject to these terms.
We may designate selected YouTube creators, educators, newsletter publishers, agencies, and other relevant partners as Creator Partners. Creator Partner status and its commission terms must be confirmed by WinkSend before promotion begins.
You must provide accurate account and payout information, be legally able to enter into this agreement, and comply with applicable laws. We may suspend or remove a Partner account where we reasonably believe these terms, platform rules, or applicable law have been violated.
Commission Rates and Duration
The standard Community Partner rate is 25% recurring commission. The Creator Partner rate is 40% recurring commission. Each rate applies to eligible subscription payments made during the first 11 months of a qualified referred account’s commission window.
The rate and duration applicable to a referral are recorded when that referral first generates an eligible commission. They do not change for that referral if a campaign or partner tier later changes.
WinkSend may add, remove, or change Partner Program terms prospectively. Changes will not retroactively change the rate or duration already recorded for a referral, except where a correction is necessary because of fraud, error, refund, chargeback, or violation of these terms.
How a Referral Qualifies
A referral is a new WinkSend account attributed to your personal referral link through our tracking system.
- Our referral tracking cookie currently lasts 30 days from a qualifying link visit.
- The referred person must create a new WinkSend account while attribution remains valid.
- The referred account’s first successful paid subscription payment must occur within 11 months of signup.
- Referral attribution is tied to the person’s WinkSend account, not to a specific workspace. Eligible subscription payments from that referred account’s workspaces may earn commission during the applicable 11-month window.
Referral attribution is determined by WinkSend’s records. Attribution cannot be transferred between Partners or changed after a referred account is created.
Eligible Payments and Commission Records
Commission applies only to successful subscription-start and subscription-renewal payments. It does not apply to seat add-ons, AI credit packs, taxes, fees, refunds, chargebacks, or other non-subscription purchases.
Commission is initially recorded in the currency of the underlying payment. Your WinkSend dashboard shows commission records and their status, but dashboard figures are not a final payment guarantee until the relevant commission has cleared review and is included in a payout.
Refunds, Holds, and Payouts
New commission is held for 30 days before becoming eligible for payout. If the underlying eligible payment is fully refunded or charged back, the related commission may be reversed or removed from payable earnings.
Eligible balances are reviewed for payout monthly. The current minimum payout thresholds are ₹1,000 INR for INR payouts and $25 USD for USD payouts. Balances below the applicable threshold carry forward to a future payout cycle.
Partners in India may use UPI or bank transfer. International Partners may use PayPal, wire transfer, or another method we approve. We may convert commissions to the payout currency at payout time. Conversion rates, third-party fees, intermediary-bank fees, and taxes may affect the final amount received.
You are responsible for providing correct payout details and for any tax reporting, tax payment, or other financial obligations arising from commission payments. We may request information reasonably required to process a payout or comply with law.
Prohibited Activity
You must promote WinkSend honestly and lawfully. You must not:
- Refer yourself, use your own alternate accounts, or create false, duplicate, or fraudulent accounts.
- Offer misleading guarantees, false product claims, or false income claims.
- Use spam, unsolicited bulk communications, deceptive redirects, cookie stuffing, or other abusive traffic practices.
- Bid on WinkSend-branded keywords, use WinkSend branding in paid advertisements, or register confusingly similar domains without our prior written permission.
- Offer cash, rebates, or incentives that misrepresent the program or interfere with accurate referral attribution.
- Make statements about WinkSend that you cannot substantiate, including claims about results, compliance, or features you have not used or verified.
We may reject referrals, reverse commissions, withhold payouts, or suspend participation where we reasonably identify prohibited activity, fraud, refunds, chargebacks, or a breach of these terms.
Creator Disclosures and Promotion
If you receive or may receive commission for recommending WinkSend, you must clearly disclose that relationship wherever required by applicable law and platform rules. The disclosure should appear with the endorsement or affiliate link—not only on a profile page or in a separate policy.
A simple example is: “I may earn a commission if you sign up through my WinkSend link.”
You must use only approved WinkSend brand assets and must not imply that WinkSend has sponsored, endorsed, or reviewed content unless we have agreed to that in writing. You remain responsible for your content, audience communications, and compliance with the rules of the platforms where you publish.
No Employment or Partnership Relationship
Participation in the Partner Program does not create an employment, agency, franchise, joint venture, or legal partnership relationship between you and WinkSend. You may not make commitments, guarantees, or representations on our behalf.
Termination
You may stop participating at any time by ceasing promotion of your referral link. We may pause or end the Partner Program, change participation eligibility, or terminate a Partner’s participation at our reasonable discretion.
Upon termination, we may continue to process commissions that were validly earned before termination, subject to these terms, applicable holds, refunds, minimum payout thresholds, and any ongoing review. Commissions connected to fraud, prohibited activity, or a breach of these terms are not payable.
Changes and Contact
We may update these Affiliate Program Terms by posting an updated version on this page and changing the last-updated date. Continued participation after the updated terms take effect means you accept the revised terms.
