We’re Dharmesh and Shubham, the founders of winksend. We help creators and small teams send links and replies through Instagram direct messages (DMs).

Why we built winksend

A post goes up. Someone asks for the link. Then more people ask, and sending the same reply starts to take up your day.

We kept seeing creators and small teams run into this problem. When a post got busy, replies came late and some questions were missed.

We wanted to make that part easier. Write your reply, add your link, and choose the comment or message that should start it.

That became winksend. We’re building it so you can spend less time copying replies and more time on the work people came to you for.

Before you connect your account

  • You connect through Instagram.

    winksend uses Meta’s official connection. You sign in on Instagram and review the access you give us. winksend does not ask for your Instagram password.

  • You choose what gets sent.

    You write the reply and choose the link. You can edit or pause a reply rule. Pausing stops new replies from that rule; it cannot take back a message already sent.

  • Account and plan limits still apply.

    You need an Instagram Business or Creator account. Replies depend on your connection, plan allowance, and Meta’s messaging rules. winksend is independent of Meta and Instagram.
